I need help badly. I have used both Bimix and Trimix. Bimix (30, 3) worked well but at 100ml per shot. Trimix is just too painfull even when used with 100ml 1% lidocaine no matter the PGE1 strength (it just plan HURTS). I need to know the max safe prescription that I can ask a Dr to legally write for PAP, PHEN, ATO and FOR combined. In other words a quadmix with everything EXCEPT the PGE. And the mix does not necessarily have to be just available here. I have a Dr. that is very understanding and really wants to help, but she is not an ED specialist and this is now getting into the "weeds" type territory. I just need help finding that info. I tried Google but nothing came up that was helpful.
I am at my wits end and just have no clue as to what the answer is or what formulation to try next. I don't mind injecting massive dosages of Quadmix minus the PGE since I'll only be doing it once per week or so. I am just trying to buy 2-3 years before seriously looking into an implant.
So, if anybody can provide me with the most potent custom Quadmix formulation that they are aware of that DOESNT include PGE, I would be most appreciative. Thanks in advance.

24cm CX 2 RTE done 4/15/25 Dr Hakky. Born 1962, Venous leakage, pills worked for a few years, injections too painful. Had been looking at implant for a few years, finally decided to do it.

I use 100mg sildenafil with about half the Trimix I would otherwise need. This cuts the pain to almost nothing.
Age 80 in 2025. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

The pain for me went away. At first it was unbearable.. Now I look forward to it because I know it will be a HARD night. Cut the dose back.. Ease into it
