Corey,
Unless your pump ball jumped from your fingers hitting right testicle to cause the pain, I would look ASAP to talk to and see my implant surgeon.

I thought it was the implant effecting my right testicle (like someone was squeezing it) but it turned out to be a kidney stone.

Kidney stones are the most pain I have ever had, good luck passing it. And at least it's not your implant.

I know what you are going through. I have had many and have been in the emergency room because of them. I have been told the pain is similar to giving birth.

Good luck.

I had a PA, who's had stones and given birth, tell me the stones are worse. I literally passed out from the pain from them during one episode.

From someone nine days out from a Karpman implant, I'm glad you cleared THAT up! And in this unique situation I wonder if it might make sense to edit your original post to indicate such, with some bold text. Lots of people might read the first post and skip any more.
Decades+ ED; finally ultrasound showed venous leak+arterial insufficiency. Infrapubic (Yay!) implant by Dr. Karpman 8/9/22; with 13 cm distal, 9 proximal Titan. Cleared for new life 9/1/22 and hoping to make up for lost time.
