Anyone get generic avanafil online?

I've seen the "avana-100" product from Indian pharmacies, as well as some peptide sellers claiming to have liquid avanafil. I'm just not 100% convinced that either of those are legit. Anyone here buying generic avanafil online and care to share their experience?
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side
