Re: How quickly is Venous Leak deteriorating?
Everybody is different but for most of us venous leaks get worse at a pretty steady rate. There are a few men who've used the same prescription for oral medication or injections for years... but that is rare. Unfortunately, you will have to keep increasing your oral medication until you find what works. You may get by for several years with it or only a couple of months.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.

Just my opinion formed from years of reading men's histories here on FT, but I think that veinous leaks are one of the major reasons for ED. Sure was in my case (along with other complications) and the implant changed my life.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

It's important to remember that VL also has different ethiology. I think VL after traumas will progress faster that if it is from vascular problems. I haven't totally digged into my case yet but I think it's because of varicose changes in my pelvic veins. I even put up with this need of implant in future but I hope that my condition won't deteriorate too fast. I hope pills will work for at least 2 years maybe.
Btw, I'm shocked how many advantages implants have. It seems like it's better to have an implant rather than your natural penis. Is it really so good? Pity that in Russia I'll have to pay a lot of money for that cuz we don't have any insurance for that and politic situation also affects
My urologist said there was the possibility that the Peyronie's disease caused, or most likely worsened my VL. It was a gradual progression, but I got several years ability from pills and then injections, all of which eventually lost their efficacy. Use the pills and then possibly injections before going for an implant. As much as I love my bionic dick, would I rather have a fully functional natural dick, yes, I would.
