Priapism concern

Hey everyone. I’ve heard that taking 60 mg of Sudafed one to two hours after the onset of erection would counteract the erection preventing priapism. Is this true? Does anyone use this method? Thanks in advance. I’ve never had an issue losing an erection but just want to know options.

No I do not use this method.
I usually take 120mg of Sudafed if I am still rock hard after 2 hours. It gets flaccid after an hour.

Rather new to using the trimix ici. I use a small dose 8cc. My issue is that erection seems to last too long even at small dosage. 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. The erections seems to wane and then return to a more firmness sometimes if I get active or sometimes if standing and bending over some like while brushing my teeth or washing my hands and face. ??? When it gets to 3 hours I usually start to panic some and have take. 120 mg of Sudafed and sometimes along with 25 mg of Benadryl. I’ve read here that someone wrote about reverse legal exercises to get rid of erection,,, just what is that?? Any advice?? Seems my ED issue is based on being 76 and along with a psychogenic component. I’d really like to get rid of erections in about 2 hrs. max and without the Sudafed or Benadryl. Any suggestions, advice??? Thanks

i also use a small dose and mine last 3-4 hours. as long as they are not painful they are not bad my doc says. right now we are loving the hours we get. i have pseudoephedrine but have only taken it once and that was only of the fear of an ER trip. now they subside on their own.

Last time I used Trimix (which was only the 2nd time) -- I still was hard after 2 hours (not quite rock hard) and took 4 x 30mg Sudafed and this seemed to get it under control within about 45 minutes.

First time trimix was 20cc by my urologist. Worked okay, did get an
erection but not a really super hard on. Stayed hard in various degrees and lasted about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. He told me I’d be fine, and said as long as it goes “flat” ??? WTF ??? I tried 25cc at home and it lasted what seemed like even longer, scared me, went to ER after taking Sudafed’s. By this time it was less erect and ER Dr. told me because it wasn’t fully hard erect and I as a good bit soft and bendable, blood would flow and it was ok . ??? Since then I’ve scaled back to 5cc , not good then 6, 7, and 8 cc’s. 8 seemed to take me to about a bit over 3 hrs. hard at varying levels of hardness so took Sudafed again, it came down. I now just use 7cc which works but need stimulation. Lasts about 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hrs. Would like to use 8cc but anxious it might cause a hard on to last too long. Wondered if using Sudafed often would cause it to not help bring down a hard on?? Not really sure if semi hard one cause blood to not flow?? Going to try the reverse keagel exercise a guy suggested as it works for him . Any other sure fire tricks that could help get rid of a hard on after an hour or so ???
