Hi
My uro wants to do TURP.
He suggested pills but with google search said can cause lower sperm count.
He said it is not usual but I guess to be on the safe side he suggested TURP.
He is pretty conservative and usually very good at what he does.
Thinking of getting implant. Have not done it because of the length I
have lost.
