In my limited experience and from what I've read. What you are seeking is not practical.
I've heard of some guys injecting Trimix, followed by the "antidote". I would not consider that an option.

I've ready quite a few how to's on injections. Most doctors recommend seeking to get a 30-60 minute erection.

As far as the 10 minutes. Hopefully your total time with your wife lasts much longer than 10 minutes. Consider something like this. Inject, start foreplay, it may take 10-20 to become fully erect, Even after erection, continue foreplay, exchange oral sex (give and receive), When you are both full aroused (she my be begging for you) engage in PIV sex. If 10 minutes is all that you both need, hopefully you will both be happy and satisfied. Then enjoy the after glow. That total time should be closer 30 minutes or (much) longer.

Also what I found was before the injections we were essentially in sexless marriage, as my wife was not happy with a penis that had such a high failure rate. Since starting the injections we averaging weekly sex.

Back when pills stopped working, I tried Caverject, Edex and trimix with different mixes and doses over several months with no response to any of them. So I got an implant and the rest, as they say, is history.

In my case, by injecting a very small amount of Caverjet 1mg.

I get severe pain and an erection of between 3 and 4 hours (on all occasions he has gone down on the way to the hospital, neither running nor cold showers help me)
but the glans does not get the necessary hardness.

So intercourse, in addition to being painful, is complicated and not so satisfying for my wife.

I really understand the part about the soft glans. For me at least, I just don't have much sensativity like that and even after injections loose some penile rigidity in a short time. I have found that tightening the muscles
around the crura helps strengthen the erection including the glans, some.. Also a light strain by holding my breath and pushing on abdominal muscles cause glans enhancement and aide in ejaculation.. Also, I use caverject 20 mcg. You are lucky to have a good response with a low dose.My best rigidity lasts about 35 - 40 minutes. Or until ejaculation then comes and goes for about 2 hours then all the way. Never had a priapism,but until I learned how the chemical disapates for my body, Stayed on high alert for several doses. For me full detuminecence, 2 1/2 to3hrs normal.
