Max Titan girth

When the doctor measured me pre-implant, after he had given me an injection of Trimix, I had almost 7 inches (6 3/4) of girth.
He said I would lose some girth with the Titan 24.

Post-surgery I am 5 3/4 girth after 2 months. Am cycling every day to the point of excruciating pain, so I know I should get back some of the girth.

What I am wondering is: is there some limit on the girth a Titan can obtain, which is what my doctor implied?
It would seem to me that the Titan cylinders would be able to expand to the point where you could have 7 inch girth.

Anyone have experience with similar pre/post implant girth measurements?

No expert but from my research The titan cylinder can expand to 21mm (.827”) x 2 = 1.65”.that’s 5.2” diameter. Then add the thickness of your penis around the cylinders. So If you had a larger girth before implant the cylinders should be able to expand to your size before implant if not above that. The thing the doctors say is that the cylinders will not make your girth larger than what you are before implant.

Since I have 6” girth and you have gotten up to 5 3/4” girth it would be interesting to know if any Titan guys have achieved 6” or above after the implant?

Your math is not quite right, because the total girth of an implant is two cylinders side by side of (up to) 21mm each, rather than one cylinder of 42mm. So to calculate girth of two fully expanded 21mm cylinders would be 21+21+21*3.14= 4.25 inches. then your penis tissue also adds on to that. Hope that makes sense

You are correct I was figuring a circle 42mm dia. Since these two
Cylinders are side by side they will end up being a oval shape. 42mm wide by 21mm tall. Which will make the circumference smaller. I think I’ve seen posts where guys with titans talk about having a oval shape to their penis?

This statement confuses me. I pump as much fluid as I can, daily, into my Titan One Touch. Never experience any type of pain, at all. I wonder if I am doing something wrong???

Yes it definitely has an oval shape when inflated if you aren't aroused and engorged. When engorged the rest of the penis tissue swells up with blood and it looks more round and natural

Also, Trimix will fill up your shaft, showing more girth than the one you can get with only the implant. I used Trimix for a couple of months, and could notice how girthy I was, although erections were not good. When you get aroused, blood flow will help increasing the girth, I think. So, during sex your girth could be bigger than while cycling. Correct me if I am wrong.
