I’m gonna be on trt soon but my implant surgery is far ahead . After coming out of the surgery I’ll still be on trt but I heard that it makes u really horny but me not being able to release my self for few weeks sounds horrible any suggestions what to do ?

You're going to be pretty uncomfortable in general those first few weeks until you get the green light from your doctor to use the implant. Blue balls or the need to release a Peter North load will be the least of your concerns. I'm not saying this to scare you or dissuade you. We all went through it and 99% of us were glad we did when we came out the other side. But be prepared for a rough week or two post-surgery where in all honesty you probably won't be thinking about sex all that much, TRT or not. (I'm on it, too.)

Go very low dose leading up to surgery and the following weeks after. Follow docs recommendation, but you don’t need or want to be brimming with t those weeks of recovery. You have to chill and become one w the implant. Later, when you’re t level is 1500 and your implant has recovered and fully in use, only then will you truly understand the title “Robocock”. I’m personally very grateful for modern medicine, is what I’m saying.

Simple solution. If you're self injecting. Either skip a few weeks or only inject half the dose. If I'm real busy, I've missed a dose, maybe even two. Absolutely no problems in my case.
But be aware, you'll likely notice a slight mood decrease. Nothing to be upset about. You'll just start to revert to where you are now.
