So I Did a Thing

I was implanted 24 days ago , September 14th. I was not inflated after surgery. So far everything as gone as well or even better than I expected. My incision has healed and my penis feels good to the point that I’m not thinking about it. I still have numbness on my right pubic area where I guess the reservoir and tubing is. I saw my surgeon 7 days implanted and am due to see him on week 5 for activation. 2 days ago I got really horny and activated myself. Although I have lost a little sensation it worked as advertised. I also had no problems deflating. I did not pump it up all the way, I was amazed how hard it gets. I’m smaller than I was naturally but hoping to gain some back, but if I can’t , I don’t give a shit cuz it’s HARD! Anyway, my question is now that I’m activated should I keep doing it or pretend I never did it? Should I be honest with my doc? It’s like I have an amazing toy that I wanna play with but have to wait till Xmas morning!

I did the same thing and I didn’t say a word!I would wait to start cycling Untill he tells you to.Congrats and get ready for some fun!Get a good cycling routine going and you will gain most of your size back!

My doc activated me at 3 days after surgery. Just go slow and steady, and be especially gentle around the incision site

One thing I learned after a long history of medical treatment, you can and should tell your doctor everything. They've already heard it all. You were 3 weeks post-implant and felt like it. Tell him.

I'd be frank (no pun) with your doctor. Tell him you're on this site and many guys (including myself) were instructed to cycle from day 3 post-op. The reason for this, as told to me by Dr. EId, is that scar tissue starts to build immediately following surgery, so you want to minimize the potential detriment from that. I masturbated gently one week post-op, despite the "no sex" rule for 4-6 weeks. All turned out okay. Obviously, greater the force on the penis during the first 4-6 weeks (intercourse, etc.) the greater the potential for harm on the unhealed penis/scrotum. Each person's case is different, including the amount of bruising and time-to-healing,

Eid told me the same thing as he told Guy -- scarring starts on the way to the recovery room... Following his instructions I too started cycling at day 3, had sex in 3 weeks.

My only caution is that every doc's surgery is different and they may dictate different recovery protocols. So I agree with the above poster's suggestion to be as forthright with your doc as you dare

btw, re your smaller post-op size mine was too but I have gained it all back and then some.

My Dr originally said I would activate at 3 weeks but he had a vacation planned so I would have to wait 5. At the 1 week check up he removed drain, removed stitches and I asked could I start sooner than the 5 weeks since he would be out of town and it was pumped up 60-70% and that was a long time to wait. He got a little cockney and deflated me right then and there to about 20%…. Said how’s that?…. Then said do whatever I wanted to do as he said I probably would anyway… said just go easy and don’t pump too hard and be sure I could deflate it without any problem. So by 10 days or so I was pumping gently and often and built up so that at 13 days I was gently maxed. And at 3 weeks had sex with just a little discomfort.all worked out great

Penoscrotal with Eid. Yes it was very, very, very tender at 3 days
