So doctor and I discussed last month. Tuesday I see doctor again to get my first injection.

A little background. I’m 69. I’ve been on Viagra for 20 years. Slowly it’s effectiveness went away. So has sex life. I’m definitely more into sex than my wife, but she’s supportive. Last year I went on daily Cialis, with little help. Penetration once or twice over the year. I really developed PA.

So this week is the time. I’m very anxious. Reading the board here helps. So any recommendations. Wife asked if I want her to join the session. I said no. I want to see what happens with doctor first. I can’t really imagine that I can get a hard on in the doctors office.

So let me know any tips or suggestions. I’m a bit nervous about priapism. But more nervous that nothing will happen.

I don't think you have much to worry about. Most decent docs start out quite conservatively. It may take a bit of time to find the right strength and dosage that works for you.

On the Dr fact sheet , they say that they start with 10 units. So we’ll see.

Just be sure you have Sudafed on hand , if your erection becomes painful or is lasting more than 2 hours take Sudafed, do not wait 4 hours to put your erection down, because some "Doctors" do not tell what to do in case of Piraprism

I have nothing to add other than if your wife asked about going, I would definitely invite her.
Let her ask the doctor any questions.

Doubtful, he will give you enough for a raging boner. The purpose of the trial in many cases, is to show you how to do the injection.
In my case I got a nice chubby, I initially was disappointed, until the doctor told me that was the expectation. It lasted about 2.5 hours.

The starter dose is generally fairly small amount, which can adjust as needed.

I went solo.

The doc answered questions and concerns.

He was conservative. Started at 5. Within 90 seconds I had a chubby. Never got more than 40 percent. It went down after maybe 30 minutes.

The doc was happy. Told me to try 10 next time. He said that I could go as high as 50, but to just slowly experiment.

I ordered thru mail in pharmacy. Hopefully I have in a few days

Wife and I are excited to get started. Stay tuned.
