Libido Have, ED No. But where is arousal?

Have strange symptoms. I have excellent libido. Want to fuck every pretty girl in my mind. And I do not have any ED symptoms. But I do NOT FEEL PHYSICAL sexual arousal before forehand with girl or before masturbation. So I can't get hard without physical stimulation. How it’s possible to not have physical arousal? Doctors have 2 issues: problem with libido (usually all running around testosterone) and Erection Dysfunction (Viagra and other pills). But why smb can't get hard nobody know. There is, of course, injections and they work but I can't use it cause of pain, cause of unnatural sensation and cause of enormously delayed ejaculation.
What is it and how to cure it or at least how to live with it?
