Comfort Infrapubic x penoscrotal

Hello, I have an AMS CX 700, implanted via penoscrotal acces about 10 years ago. My job requires that I stay seated all day long and, because of that, I have a lot of discomfort in the implant site (apparently, the pain comes from the tubing rubbing my flesh) .

I would like to know if any of you have the same problem.

Also, I would also like to know, from those of you that had revisions with different surgical accesses (penoscrotal and infrapubic), if you did feel any difference concerning comfort (I ask myself if the infrapubic acces would be more comfortable, since I would be seated in much less tubing).

I’m at 7 months infrapubic and the Dr did a great job placing the tubes tight and deep around the base of my penis around the left side and down to the pump. After initial healing I have zero issues with tubing and I ride a motorcycle a lot and set on a fairly hard fork truck seat 40 plus hours a week bouncing around on rough concrete. My only very small issue is I do feel the pump occasionally as it’s low and far back so I basically set on it so it moves it around a lot when hitting rough places on the concrete while operating equipment. If this is the only complaint I have I don’t have much to complain about!! Lol!!
