is there anyone here who use daily cialis for years?

hello, is there anyone here who is using daily cialis 5-20mg for several years ?
id like to hear some feedback from people who has been on such regimen for years and wanted to know if u noticed that cialis is losing its efficiency over time because opinions are mixed

some people say it wont last forever but at the same time ive seen comments from people who were saying they were on cialis for 15 years or more.

im responding quite okay to 10mg without any side effects but im worried that it will stop working at the same time. I had even taken doses like 30mg and also didnt had any side effects.

so far i know you can extend cialis life time by being healthy, working out and not smoking.

unfortunately i have been smoking for 8 years pack a day but im on my way to fix this and i drastically reduced smoking and in near future i want to totally stop.

I started using cialis for sex about 10 years ago when my erections started fading during sex and wowuld use 10mg. Did this 2-3 times a week so in essence it was in my system all the time. At around 5 years I had to increase to 15-20mg ea time to get desired effects. I used Cialis for 8 years. I started with 2.5mg daily and slowly worked my way up to 20mg. I didn't take 20 mg daily but took one a couple hours before sex. As already mentioned, if you have a venous leak, bringing in more blood with Cialis will only help for a while. Once the venous leak gets bad enough, oral medication will no longer help.

prior VL diagnose have you checked your hormones maybe ?
I have mix of shit symptoms:
- narrow arteries in penis
- high cholesterol
- thick blood from T injections (this combined with narrowed arteries is… yeah)
- i have subclinical hypothyroidism

do you have/had at least 1 of upper ?

all this combined give similiar results to VL.
And i have good days sometimes where i can have sex totally normal way then i have gap days when my dick is basically turned off and feels detached - this could be sign of hormonal issues i try to believe.

I’ve been on testosterone rep. Therapy for about 7 years. I use 1/2 ml once weekly. Everything else checks out fine.

I've taken daily 5mg Cialis for over 20 years, since I was around 50.

Did not have ED at the time, told the doc I did but mainly wanted to take it as a precaution.

Had a strong erection until about 1-2 years ago, when it would "come & go" and only stayed hard enough for penetration during a nocturnal erection or "special" stimuation. My GF at the time did not object to the early AM "use it or lose it" sessions or in providing the "special" stimulation needed.

Still get nocturnal erections but they don't last long. T levels are normal, in the mid-range. So, the Cialis apparently is not working anymore as far as ED is concerned which is by I am scheduled to get a penile implant this coming Tue 1/24.

Had read elsewhere that 5mg Cialis may help with glans engorgement. So, I'm not going to stop taking it until I find out personally whether it's helpful for that or not.
