On a verge of a mental breakdown

Hello,

I have been dealing with ED to a degree and change in penis shape since November. However, the past two weeks I have been unable to get a full erection once! Perhaps I did 1 time but I do not even think it was 100%

I cannot focus on anything else I am starting to look ill because I have a hard time caring enough to groom or leave my house until I can see a urologist and hopefully get a recommendation for an IPP because my last doppler in december didn't justify one according to my last uro. Since than I feel like things have gotten much worse though.

Definitely call a sexual medicine expert - find one at the top of this page "Physician Finder", but more importantly, go to a hospital emergency room. This is when you ask for help. Most penis problems can be fixed eventually. Your mental health is most important right now. What city are you in/near?

Thank you guys. I had a few weeks when my penis was doing better and my mental health improved dramatically. For the past week or 2 things seem to be getting worse and so has my mental health. Luckily I have an appointment with a mental professional supposedly specializing in sexual issues tomorrow. Whether they will be of any help or not I am not sure as I have been through a few already that knew nothing about how to help me.

I think I'll wait until my appointment tomorrow until considering a hospital visit. In the meantime I may try to go to the gym today it just feels like what is the point of looking good and being healthy if you can't fuck? sex may not be all there is to life but I know I do not want to live life without it. I really want to find a solution.

Used to be a Park Ranger at the Arch. Lived in the West End for awhile and later in St Peters. Wife is from Overland.

Is a cool city. I moved here recently but haven't explored much since this injury in November too depressed and I do not want people to see me without my confidence intact. Hoping that I can put this whole situation behind me very soon.

I wonder if this supposed shape change is all in your head, I know I used to get a bit paranoid back in my days of psychogenic ED.

One thing's for sure: anxiety will not help, information will.

Do your research (read books, talk to doctors, come to FT) and you will soon find out that ED is actually easily treatable.
