Sorry, but I can not help with direct experience to the Lavitra issue. However, I do take 10 mg of Cialis on a daily basis and use Trimix about twice a week. I also use Viagra (50 mg) about twice a week, usually on non Trimix days. Occasionally, I use Viagra on Trimix days, if I do not get good results with the Trimix injection. Since I believe both are similar in that they are PDE inhibitors, my experience could be considered relative to your question.

I have used Levitra and it worked well but, after using it for about 6 months gave me quite bad indigestion starting after about 4 hours and lasting up to 24 hours so I stopped using it and retuned to Viagra. However, not everyone has this side effect and it may well be linked, in my case, to the oral tablets I take for Type 2 diabetes. The half-life of Levitra is 4 to 5 hours and after 24 hours your body will have metabolised virtually all of the drug - this is why you can use Levitra every 24 hours. If you google "Levitra half life" you shoud find an article by the manufacturers which includes a graph showing how the blood concentration reduces over time. For this reason I do not see why you could not altenate with injection therapy every 24 hours. I would be concerned that injecting trimix every other day could lead to fibrosis/peyronies in some men. You would need to watch out for that. Edex/Caverject is less likely to cause fibrosis but may cause pain or an ache for some people. I am lucky it does not for me.
80 year old Type2 diabetic, long term ED, pills then injections PGE1. After 4 years they became less effective. Implanted 20/3/2018 by NHS. AMS 700 CX 15+4 cm with MS pump. Never had any significant pain. Still working perfectly and used regularly.
