The tubing to the pump is kinked because the tubing is too long for my scrotum. It’s going to have to get fixed in November.
My question is, the tubing comes out of the cylinders facing out. Shouldn’t they be coming from the back so they are not palpable?

You didn't say which brand of implant that you have, so . . .
