I am 27 years old struggling with ED for the last 10 years. Unknown origins (possible leakage, heavy medication, phycological, have gone through the whole checklist with my local Uro, ruled out any medication, etc)
After PDE5 inhibitors stopped working I started a low dose of .05 units of Trimix and it works GREAT! Best sex I have ever had and minimal pain/sides.
My concern now turns to future planning. I am only 27 years old - I have heard all of the concerns of Trimix and am really practicing my injecting technique and limiting to 3x a week with 2-3 hour erections.
My question is - Can I use injections for the rest of my life (I have hopefully 40-50 years of more sex) or should I be expecting injections to fail and mentally be prepared for an implant at a certain date? Has anyone used injections for 40+ years?
This honeymoon with Trimix is so great but I am concerned it will run it's course just like the PDE5 but I seem so young for an implant.
Thank You and I appreciate this community and your feedback.

Only 11 years for me so far. I obviously won't make 40 years as I don't have near that many left. I'd ride the injections for as long as they work well for you because you don't know what medical advancements will develop.
Good luck.
Good luck.

I've only been a year but my dosage hasn't increased at all and so far not any side effects. My brother has been using for 20 years and many adult performers have been using for 20 or more.
Re: Young Injection User - Future Planning
That is one question no one can truthfully give an answer to. Some guys have used injections for years with no problems and it works just as well as the first use. Other guys have to bump up the dose over time to get results they want. Then there's guys like me where it worked for 4-5 years then no matter how much I injected results were sad. My biggest dislike of injections was the lack of spontaneity. Plus having to keep the mix frozen or refrigerated.
At this point if injections are working well, keep using them if it works for you. Hopefully you'll be able to use them for a long time, but you know where to find info on the next step if it comes to that. Best of luck.

I've been using Trimix plus 100mg sildenafil for five years with excellent results, and I've needed slightly less Trimix every year to get the same erection. Urologist doesn't know why dosage is going in this direction, or how long it will continue.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
