The point of the video is something I've mentioned here several times belore.
Men like to brag how LONG their dicks are but, point in fact, nothing more than a 6" dick is need to fit in 99.9% of female vaginas because are designed to fit 99.9% of male dicks which are by and large less than 6" long.
The "average" is actually reported as being on 5.4"
Before my implant, my dick was "only" 5.75" long and I could touch the cervix of a number of women with it. Now with 6", I'll have to be more careful. LOL!
What women really notice and like most is girth. I've always had above average girth at 5.5" but after my implant, I've got 6" of girth which is even better.

Age 73. Started taking 5 mg Cialis daily in 2000. Minor ED started in 2021. Major ED problem started in 2022. Coloplast Titan (20 cm w/1cm RTE) implanted infrapublicly on 01/24/2023 by Dr. Edward Karpman (El Camino Urology Medical Group, Mt. View, CA).

My wife couldn't tell the difference in my 1/2 inch loss.
She DID notice the girth difference! (I was wider post implant!!)
and she really, really likes the "new" me....
LOL!
I believe what men really should be doing daily is rigorous cardio workouts.
Being a jackhammer requires ALOT of steam in the bedroom.
You can be the man of steel, but if you're dead dog tired after 45 seconds.........
In my younger days I was a marathon runner and this helped.me tremendously in the sexual
Arena.
At the moment I'm doing 50 minutes of Hard aerobics every day.
