Due to my schedule I have not been able to inject as frequently as I desire, tonight being only the third time. It was a year since my prostatectomy this past October; the uro said it could take up to two years for natural erectile functioning to return. One year left & I’m still expectant.
Due to not being well hung and having a belly with attached pubic fat, my penis seemed to have had disappeared after/due to the surgery, much like a navel “innie.” I needed to sort of pull it out when I had to urinate. All this changed after the first injection. Not only did that injection give me hammer I hadn’t seen in a decade, it seemed to have pushed my “innnie” to an “outie.” Ole Willy is hanging in front of his rotund brothers for the first time since before the operation. I feel like a man once again.
The subsequent two injections I have experienced haven’t produced the same hammer the first one had. I think I have to up the dosage a bit. Yet, while the erections weren’t super they were more than sufficient for penetration and pleasure giving for my wife. I’m not ejaculating yet during intercourse, but that may more due to my hesitance – fear of expelling urine during ejaculation. Time will cure this mentality if not the reality.
In summation: the injection route has brought hope back to me.

Re: Side benefit of injections
After a prostatectiomy, it is imposible to ejaculate. You can orgasm, but you can't ejaculate. The mechanism for that is part and parcel of the prostate which is gone after a prostatectomy. Some women like this as there is now no mess.
Been post-prostatectomy for 13 years and used injections for quite a while. Now, waiting on the release to use my new implant; the injections quit fairly recently.
