Semen dribbles out instead of squirting out

Has anyone encountered this? It started with my peyronies where the semen would just dribble out upon orgasm, as opposed to squirting out.

One of the urologists stated it could be due to not having a strong enough erection, weak erection = weak ejaculation (dribble out), That was when I still had peyronies. I was hoping it would improve with an implant, but seems to be the same so far.

I've heard kegels and reverse kegels may help, anyone have any experience?

Any tips or recommendations?

That's me, but then my age has more to do with it. Some muscle group I assume gets weak.

I did have the same problem, then I purchased a little device in order to strengthen the pelvic muscles. I do it three to four times a week, it really helps a lot.

Looks like a TENS machine with the electrodes on an anal probe.
I'd bet that does tense up the pelvic muscles.

Careful with the kegels / tens machine. For young guys, a weak pelvic floor is rare.
Form what i read, a tight pelivc floor is much more likely. I had the dribble too after my injury, it was cause my pelvic floor tightened up.
I solved it with BC muscle massage, light stretches and deep breathing / deep squats. Now i shoot far af again.

I'd try to relax the pelvic floor before you train it

For me erection had nothing to do with strength of ejaculation. Your prostate and a couple glands and testicules are responsible for ejaculations. I could come with injections or w/o out (mostly limp) but ejaculations were always the same.
