hey guys
Just thought I would share story and maybe some of you could add in some feedback or maybe even learn something about this that might help you along the way. I think I might have stumbled onto the secret for better orgasms and a little bit more. So odd that in all my reading I never found this before.
First let me mention that I am scheduled to get my Implant in 2 and half weeks so this is all relevant to this sub-forum, even if it might feel like it isn't at the beginning of the story.
Just stick with me because I think there is a really odd ending at the end.
[b]A little about me
I have had some sort of sexual dysfunction most of my life. Worked in Strip Club for almost 20 years which fed my sexual addiction. Then moved to Thailand so I could just immerse myself in it.
[b]About my issue
Along the way I began to enjoy sex less and less, which has been a real mind f#%k to say the least.
Lots of trouble cumming
When it did cum, it really did not feel like it used to.
Kinda dribbled out instead of any type of volume coming out
Got to the point where it was more work than it was worth, which is really odd to say. Just felt like maybe this is what it meant to get older.
Then the ED really started to kick in. At first I thought it was because of my lack of drive to actually have sex, but even in the moments when I would kinda forget about the cumming problem and just fall back into being my old perverted self, I would still get the ED.
Often times I could keep it hard but just as I was getting ready to cum, my erection would just fall apart on me.
Sometimes I would be close to a nut and then I would have to randomly pee, which would kill my boner anyway. Sometimes I would pee, get hard again and then have to pee again. Then I would just quit out of frustration.
Honestly drove me crazy, to say the least.
Really depressing too, if I am being honest.
But for years I always thought a lot of it was linked to this "prostate issue" i had been dealing with. I even said to a dr that it was the reason for the ED. He brushed it off, of course.
I had difficulty finishing peeing and having to wake up a lot throughout the night seemed to accompany the rest, so I just automatically assumed it was all connected.
Had been to the Dr over and over again. He would shove his finger in my ass, pull it out and say; "well it's kinda enlarged, but I don't feel any cancer. Here is a pill."
Typical modern medicine
The pills were awful, or course. Made me dizzy. Made it so my cum would not even come out of my body and instead just ejacuate and end up in my bladder. Did not really help the other symptoms. Maddening.
Recently I started to get UTIs from it.
Now at this point, if you have read this far, you gotta be thinking "Jesus Christ, when does the happy ending happen?"
Well, we are almost there
Two weeks ago, I got another UTI. It was bad. High temp, blood work was a mess because I had peed so much that I was dehydrated. Made my red blood cells go too high and my white blood cells drop to almost nothing.
All the while I am freaking out because I know I am scheduled for my implant.
So I go to a new Dr (I just moved from Thailand to the Philippines a few weeks ago so I needed a new family doc) and I explain to him what is going on. I tell him about the infection and the prostate thing and he tries to sell me on using this new chair that strengthens weak pelvic floor muscles.
His logic is that the chair will strengthen the muscles, which will help the prostate and....wait for it...make my orgasms a LOT better!!
So I am sold, of course, right?
But first he wants to do an ultrasound of the prostate, to which I agree. Let's really find out what is going on there.
And guess what? 9 years of dealing with "prostate issues" and....I have no prostate issue.
Size is totally normal.
In fact, it is a bit on the smaller side of normal.
Turns out that it seems my problem the entire time is that it has been a weak pelvic floor which has caused and irritated bladder......which can also cause...... erectile dysfunction.
And again, apparently this chair (called an emsella) can fix all/most/some these problems for me.
Now comes the hard part.
Like most medical diagnosis, this is again an educated guess. We have no idea how much of the ED is caused by this. I am 52 years old and not in prime shape anymore.
And I can not even begin to tell you how many times Drs have misdiagnosed me in the past both good and bad.
This is important because, as I said, I am flying into the US in a few day for business and then flying down to Houston for Dr Cavell to have the surgery. And I only get to the US once a year, so if I do not get this. done now, it won't be for at least another year.
And I really want my sex life back. And I was/am excited to finally get the implant and get on that road to having it again.
I started writing this to just share it with everyone but the more I wrote it, the more i realized that I guess I am at a decision that I am not sure what to do at...
Oddly enough, this has brought me to a place where I guess I am asking...what would you do next?
I guess any feedback is welcome. And even if you have none, thanks for reading I guess. This became a lot more therapeutic and exploratory than I first thought it would.

Sounds almost like you've answered yourself.
My opinion? That chair sounds like a crazy idea. I'm not sure how sitting on a chair is supposed to strengthen any muscles.
Save the money, get the implant.
If you are having blood in your urine see a urologist! I just had tumors removed. If I waited it could have led to prostrate cancer or spread all over.

Depends how bad your ED is imo. If you feel that you can improve it to an acceptable lvl naturally, ofc you could wait a year and try pelvic floor exercises / massages etc.
But from what i read, pelvic floor issues are not easy to solve and it's not a quick process. It definetly can be a reason for ED though.
Sadly you can't be 100% sure your pelvic floor is the cause for your ED. It's certainly possible though.
I'd work on your pelvic floor anyway, wether you get the implant or not.
If you want to read stories from people with pelvic floor issues and ED, i'd check out the "pelvicfloor" forum on reddit. Many stories there.
I agree with Old Guy regarding the chair. Save the money. Even if you decide to work on your pelvic floor first, you don't need that chair imo.
Btw, i'm also scheduled with Clavell in 2.5 weeks. Maybe see you soon
