Hello all,

I had my consultation with Dr. Cavell today. He said that based on my current ED score i would not be a candidate for most doctors. Still, He will be happy to perform on me if i m not Saddisfide with my erections.....

He also said that there is no diference between the AMS and Titan in terms of future length expansion. He said it is pure marketing. He suggested the titan model to preserve my current growth of 6 inches while producing harder erection. The only down side would be the famous "dog ear.

He also made the following remarks: are you willing to risk your current erections? I m little unsure now. I still would like to move forward. Maybe I should wait little longer?

He suggested to increase viagra use from 50 mg to 100 mg and see if I get the results I want. I m not a big fan on taking the maximum dose of any medication. Instead i m going to add trimex to my 50 mg of viagra. Hopefully that will dobthe trick and give me longer lasting erection.

For me, I started having real problems around 59 when the viagra wasn't working well and I definitely couldn't eat anything before taking it or I just wouldn't get a boner, and if I did get a boner for sex, it would start to get soft before I could get my wife to the big O.

I went to my urologist at 63 and let him know my problems, and they suggested the implant. I did have a benign enlarged prostrate and they wanted to take care of that first. After the prostrate procedure I had total ED, nothing would work.

Antonio, your consultation sounds pretty similar to mine with Dr. C. I’m a younger guy by the standards of the folks getting the implants and have nocturnal erections and completely healthy and fit. (Also 6inches)
I also am struggling with the decision.
That being said, I’ve been battling ED since I was 15 years old. There has been countless encounters to where I’ve crashed and burned. I have been viagra dependent the last 10 years. Since I’ve been divorced no luck on 4 different occasions with 2 women as the viagra isn’t working and at this point I have a complete mental block. I have since tried injections with complete mixed results: first time 50% hard on, 7 hour hard on, and nothing the next time. I can’t see how injections and dating will be feasible for me considering I like to travel and trying to time it right and wondering if it’s going to work.
I feel like these next 10 years are most important time in my life and my mental state is fried right now with thought that this will happen again with another woman. I’ve picked terrible relationships in the past solely based off if I was able to perform.
I’m tired of the anxiety, subpar performance in bed, and the depression that comes with not being able to seal the deal.
The way I see it, your dick is used for 2 things to piss and fuck. All I can do is piss.
Therefore I’m moving forward to the bionic brotherhood.

My concern is that you proceed and then after-the-fact start asking yourself “what IF i’d tried the increased dosage of viagra and/or trimix?”.

There are things about the implant that do not bother me, but may bother you. For example, when completely flaccid i can feel the cylinders, though they are not apparent visually to a partner. But if they feel your flaccid, or the pump in your scrotum, they can tell somethings up. As another member here, Tangerine, once posted “i didn’t do this for a great flaccid, i did it for great sex”. I have that now. I also have a slight “Titan Krinkle” at my base when completely flaccid. Doesn’t bother me and a few pumps makes it disappear and nobody can tell.

I say give the trimix a try, then decide.

Overall, i’m very pleased. So is my girlfriend. She’s 32 years younger than me, loves to pump it up, and marvels at how a man my age can stay rock hard for so long.

Man everything you just said to me says you need to go ahead and get this done. The problem isn't going to magically improve with age, and you're already missing out on what you say is important to you, so I don't even see where the debate is in your situation.

Thanks for the response. I guess you’re right. I don’t live in a huge metropolis and word gets around pretty fast that you can’t perform and your options start becoming pretty limited. I just want to know what it’s like one time In my life one time what it’s like to have sex with no worries and engage with whoever I want to with no issues. Of course, my main concern is future revisions and women finding out. But I figure I can make up a story about my balls wire getting crossed during a vasectomy?

I m considering waiting a little more time before proceeding.....Dr. Clavell said it can take 3 plus months to put me on his schedule ad I m not a priority case. Completely fair.

In the meantime, last nigth a had great sex. 50 mg of viagra. I was having great erections even without it. In the middle of the party I stopped and injected 30 unit of trimex. I m still struggling with the technic. I saw the diference is that teimex makes me ticker and I kind like it.
