When I was struggling with ED and considering an implant, my partner suggested we have a 3 way with one of those porn stars. We did and shortly after, I was scheduled for surgery. That up close and personal "demonstration" convinced me.

My god, that's a lot of failures. I'd be curious to know which implant he has and the reasons for failure. I personally know people who haven't even had a second after 10 years who are weekly swingers + time with spouse.

I think problem with wear and tear is ground and pound.

Maybe he only recently got implanted? some of the photos and videos out there are from when he's younger when it probably worked for him, but now that he's older he can't stay hard.
