Guess I’m MAXED OUT!

Implanted May 15 2022. Started journey at just under7”. In a VED I could get exactly 7”. First measure after implant and first time I pumped it up at 13 days was very disappointing…. 5-3/4”. That’s when I had that all too familiar “what did I get myself into” thoughts although I know from research that this is about normal.
Saw very slow gains thru out the first 4-6 months and doing the Perito exercises religiously, was at 6-1/2-3/4 by that point. By 10 months I was back to pre implant size and a little additional girth at 6” base, 5-3/4 mid and 5-1/2 just behind glans.
Now for the punch line!! A week ago I was doing my nightly routine of pumping to max while taking a shower and thought I could get a little more in than normal…. So I doubled up my hands and gave it a hard pump or two. At this point the ball went in about a 1/4 way as is normal with the last few pumps… it stayed that way! It would not refill!
Left it this way for a few minutes and it got a little uncomfortable so I pinched the release and the pump ball reinflated and erection went down. Ever since this happened I haven’t attempted nor will I try again to make it do this as I’m assuming my resivoir is empty at this pump. I still pump to max every evening but don’t push to the limit of emptying the resivour. My paperwork from the surgery shows that the Dr placed a 125cc resivour under facia( due to double hernia mesh surgery many years ago) coloplast paperwork suggested 68-78cc for a 20 cm standard cylinders. They put 78cc in during surgery. I’m totally happy with my size, and hope it last at least 10 years. If it does or if it don’t I will be getting a revision as fast as possible. Would guess I would definitely qualify for a upsize whenever that occurs. Best decision I’ve made since ED consumed my life! Probably should have done it a year or two sooner. Loving the Bionic Life!!

think maybe you hit the blow off valve lol from what i understand once it gets to max has a blow by valve so it doesnt get damaged just a guess

No relief(blow off) on Coloplast genesis. Just can’t push it anymore or you run out of fluid. I have a very strong grip. And prior to this one incident I pushed it as hard as I could and always seemed to get just a little more….

IMHO Rider1400, You are correct. By completely pumping, you are getting the max out of your Coloplast.

IMHO Rider1400, You are correct. By completely pumping, you are getting the max out of your Coloplast.

I have a friend that was implanted two weeks before me by the same Dr and with the same brand implant. He also reached max 3 weeks before I did. Same exact situation. He said it just wouldn’t refill but everything works great and that it took a ton of pressure to get to that point

Agreed. The pump bulb just goes flat and no more to squeeze. And, if you press the release button, the bulb re inflates.
Ain't medicine cool.

Curious if you know just how many pumps it took for you to max-out? I' typically do 100-110 and have done 130 before and never had the pump go flat or hard enough that I couldn't pump it more. Would really like to know the design limits of this amazing thing.

Really -- that many? And you still feel it filling back up with more juice after each squeeze? At about 30-40 I reach a point where I am only able to partially squeeze it but don't feel it refilling with juice; i.e. nothing going in?

You must not have the genesis pump. It takes me about 22-24 full pumps and then 5-6 or more little small pumps as it’s getting maxed and very difficult to get anymore. Definitely related to the side and diameter of your implant and how broken in it is. Also if you’re actually doing full wall to wall pumps. I get lazy and do shallow pumps sometimes and it probably takes 35-40.At first I could barely get 3-4. But I was also an inch plus short and not nearly the diameter I got to over the next several months

My AMS LGX takes around 40 pumps to approach 100%, though I don't try to squeeze the pump fully flat.
My experience with materials properties makes me think it will last longer with a bit less flexing.
