Anyone able to have sex without medical help?

After I had internal eye bleeding with 40 mg viagra I concluded that there is no dose of viagra small enough to be safe for me while large enough to be effective. With my previous girlfriend I tried to have intercourse without viagra and it was possible sometimes, more than half the times. My ED is from a self-inflicted stretch injury.

The people here who use pills or injections or got an implant, were any of you able sometimes to have sex without help?
