AMS Square Pump Fitting Into Small Tight Scrotum
Are there any guys out there who have small tight scrotums who were implanted with AMS with the square pump? I am considering the AMS because of the more natural feel of the cylinders, but I have a small tight scrotum and I am concerned that the square larger pump would be very uncomfortable in my scrotum. Does the pump ever feel comfortable ? Can you see the full outline of the pump in your scrotum?

David, I have the AMS LGX with that pump, and I believe that I have a small scrotum. I haven't had any problems with the pump bothering the boys down there. I don't see the square part of the pump but I do see the pump bulb sitting or protruding in front of the boys. I was supposed to get the CX implant but the Boston Scientific representative and my surgeon made a game time decision to go with the LGX, not exactly sure why. I do have the representatives mobile number, maybe he could tell me if he looks up the notes.
I'm a Road Bike Cyclist so I was concerned about the pump getting in the way and causing pain in my testicles but I haven't had any problems. I do like the the LGX because it has a more natural flaccid look and feel, I don't have any problems with dog ears or any bends or creases that could cause pain in the penis shaft.
I also like that the pump is easier to grasp with my fingers, I use my left index finger and my thumb to grasp the top of the pump on each side of the square block at the top where the tubes go into the bulb and pull it down and hold in place while I use my right index knuckle and the lower part of my right thumb to pump, which is using the forearm muscle instead of just finger muscles, for me this is the best method to pump. I've tried the two thumb method but the pump slips out and it can hurt.
You'll be a shower instead of a grower, even if you squeeze all the fluid out to the cylinders, but it isn't too bad.
I'm average size 6" 1/4 to 1/2 inches
I hope this helps
