I agree with bldoink. Kind of a pain to use, no real pleasure for wearer and since you can't feel where it is sometimes it slips out.
If you use one invest in a good harness. Mine was a cheaper one and it wasn't the most comfortable thing to wear.

i bought the spareparts Deuce strap on years ago before i wanted to rely on pills or try injections. just like bldoink stated, it was more for the wife and giving her a good time when not taking meds or injecting. back then i only used it a handful of times. now that i have been on trimix for more than a year, it gets used for its intended purpose of dual penetration. this one has a spot for a real member and one for a toy of your choice that has a suction cup base. with this specific one, the real penis goes into the bottom spot and the toy goes into the top spot above the real penis. with this use it is way more enjoyable for both of us. :D
