Interesting ideas.

I hope you do end up doing a journal, your story is very inspiring.

As for spongosium/glans engorgement, do you think post-implant VED could help? I remember reading up on people using VED as they get older, simply for healthy tissue/blood flow. Would the same concept not apply, it's just that, we are looking for healthy blood flow into the spongosium and glans.

Vibrators make my penis numb, but it seems like an interesting idea. I know a lot of guys enjoy vibrators, not to mention it would probably get females off more than penetration.

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the most impossible...like a malleable that both elongates and shortens and is rigid enough for any demand. That would be ideal to me. Maybe AI will find the solution, but if AI becomes more intelligent exponentially then it could probably find a biological solution to a biological problem
