When did your dick become “flexible” at the base enough for most or all sex positions? I’m 6 weeks post op, and I couldn’t imagine doing any position besides doggy style. My dick doesn’t bend up or any direction besides 3 o clock so I couldn’t even imagine doing missionary position without a lot of pain. Basically I’d be limited to doggy style and cowgirl right now (which I wouldn’t complain too much about either )

For me all positions felt fine except cowgirl, cowgirl became pain free around week 10-11. It is different for everyone and i am only 3.5 months post op. I have read that 6 months to aa year for softer cylinders but thats mainly flaccid talk. Even veterans report a rock hard erection years later, you would control that with how many pumps, dont max it out potentially for different positions… and depends on your partner, she might love it maxed out.

Hey New! I can’t answer that question yet definitively, but I think I could pull off missionary, legs overhead, and doggy. Have you had your 6 week follow up with Clavell yet?
How is the regaining size going?
I’m still a little less than an inch short, trying not to panic as it’s only been a week of cycling,
And have read enough to know it takes awhile sometimes.

I think, some flex is good. Too hard, and your partner might feel like she/he is being poked with a stick... I have read some people complain about that. Alternatively, I have also read that some people's partners want it hard as rock because it feels better. So, I guess it is dependent on the partner.

Got it, thanks. I might reach out to Clavell to get the approval to start doing stretches since my dick shift is stuck in only one gear right now lol. I’m hoping to gain enough flexibility in my base enough where I can handle all positions in the next month or so.

Hey man, I have my 6 week followup with Clavell later this week. Curious to what he’s going to say or observe when he examines my dick.

I measured last night while I was fully engorged and the length was close to pre-op size! Less than a quarter of an inch off. I’m confident that the full size will be regained with probably some additional gain after enough cycling. I’m also confident it will be the same for you (though I know it’s scary at the moment being inch shorter). You will probably notice some gains in the next week or two. Just keep cycling and trust the process for now.

I edited the OP to make my question clearer. My dick currently stands at 3 o’ clock when inflated, but moving it up to 2 or 1 o’ clock is too painful, so missionary is out of the question for me at this point. Hoping to gain some base flexibility over the next month.

It does indeed get more flexible at the base with time.

6.1" girth, that's thick and this might be what is different between your implant and others. You may have to be at 50-60% inflation to allow for some bending. It does get more flexible as time goes on though. It's been said so many times, don't judge your implant until the 1 year mark. My implant looked like roadkill for the first 2 months!

Believe it or not, it got even thicker as a result of the implant. I think it’s just filling out max capacity whereas it wasn’t able to before. I’m now 6.25” throughout the shaft and 6.5” at the base. It would make sense if that’s why I’m having so much trouble stretching in different directions. Even stretching upward to 12 o’ clock while flaccid isn’t easy! I imagine it’ll get better after the next few months, but I couldn’t imagine having sex at all in my current state.
