Private consultation with Dr Ralph

Hi Guys
Im a 60 year old UK citizen working and living in Thailand.
I have had ED off an on, but it got much worse after treatment for heart arrhythmia in 2018 (beta blockers initially and now tambacor and amlodipine).
So for 5 years now no intercourse. Really knocked my confidence. Used to use ciallis before the heart problem , which worked a treat, but now it gives me sharp pains in the heart so I don't use it.
Tried many things and have concluded a penil implant is the best solution.
I was going to get Dr park in South Korea to do it privately (about $18,000). I thought though first I would try my luck with the NHS in the UK, as a mate recommended Dr Ralph at the UCLH.
They said I have to come back for my first appointment (after many issues eg about me working abroad). After complaints procedure - They asked when I would come back and I gave them a week in October, I now have an appointment in that week!
I think it would be good to have a private consultation with Dr Ralph online, before I come to the UK. I think this would stand me in good stead and protect me from being not taken seriously by whoever is going to see me.
I have tried to arrange an appointment to see him privately for a consultation but with no luck. I think the nHS said that department doesn't do private. But I find it hard to believe that he doesn't do a small amount of private work.
Does anyone know how I could arrange a private consultation with Dr Ralph?
