I have some pain when full cycling. Penis is ok at 2:30 angle but points to the left. Will these post op symptoms go away?

Pain when cycling to max at 12 weeks is normal and can continue till the 1-year mark. It can occur after 15 minutes at first and gradually move to about an hour.
No idea about the cause of being pointing to the left. Your crus could be a little deeper at the left end of the cylinder, or scar tissue not allowing the left cylinder to fully inflate as the right one.

Mine took over a year to be totally pain free when cycling. I also point to the left, that has not changed

I used mine for the first time 10 weeks after surgery. It was somewhat uncomfortable in the glans and at that point i was still numb on my scrotum and lower 1/3 of shaft. Was happy to be having sex at all, but hopeful that sensation would return with time.

I returned to my girlfriend in Thailand 4 months later and things were MUCH improved. I could pump to near max pain free and much, not all, of the numbness had subsided.

I’m returning to Thailand in 2 weeks (8 1/2 months postop) and am very optimistic. The numbness has 90% disappeared. I have feelings now in my scrotum and lower shaft with a gentle stroke of the finger (and soon, her tongue). Can pump to 90% for a full hour with minimal discomfort (100% stretch looks good, but it’s a bit much after :5 minutes or so. Still cycling to improve endurance).

How do you afford this travel? I have a Filipina gf but it’s like 10,000$ to travel there and take her on vacation with plane, hotels, food, shopping. For a 7-10 day vacation. But damn are Filipinas the most sexiest things! Sorry off subject! Yes implant was painful full pump and still is after 30 min for me. But not bad bad.
