Hello,
I'm wondering if somone can help me as I'm unable to locate the deflation button.
I completed 1 month post op and faced high seroma that is much better now.
My Dr cleared me for cycling after 4 weeks and during the teaching session he said that its still a bit difficult to locate the button and he was finding a bit of difficulty himself! when I tried pumping during the session I was in tremendous pain! Mainly at the glans and even felt one of the cylinders making it way the inside if the glans since I was told that I have fibrosis observed during my surgery at the glans and Dr said that with cycling things will get better.
I told him can I wait till week 6 instead of 4 since I'm still sore and he said yes.
My question is: was it easy to locate the button at the titan touch from the beginning?
Any suggestions to locate the button since the nip is not quite touchable!
How hard do I need to push?
Does it get better by time?
Many thanks in advance for your support.

Did you receive a keychain pump with your surgical documentation? I was given a rubber keychain Titan pump to play with after my surgery along with the other Coloplast documentation, the pump is useful for visualizing what's inside your ball sack and how to use it.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

I asked for one from Coloplast and will get it tomorrow. Hoping it will help!

Just locate the pump in your nut sac. from there feel around the top of it. the part on top has two sides, one that feels concave, thats the back. The other side is flat with a little button on it. press the button as you slowly squeeze your shaft. It should start to deflate, don't squeeze to hard. It gets easier the more you do it.

A hot bath in the beginning made it way easier to locate the release valve, have you tried a hot bath?

Only if your doc clears you to submerse your incision after only 4 weeks.

Re: Help about Titan Deflation
Which pump do you have? Classic or One Touch Release?
I have the classic. I simply slide my fingers to the top of the ball until i have the block between my thumb and forefinger. Overhanded grip. If you can simply grab the block without determining if you”re gripping it correctly, the odds are 50/50 you are. Squeeze in pretty firmly and be patient. The saline does not rush out. The pressure in your inflated cylinders will force some out without you doing anything. After pressure equalizes is keep the vape squeezed, then squeeze my dick. No need to strangle it, light firm pressure will work.
If the first attempt didn’t work due to not having the correct sides on attempt 1, then rotate the block 90% and repeat. Between the two attempts you should find it by default.
Also, that skin on your scrotum, when it’s mostly healed up is like the skin on your elbow. It can take a pretty good pinch without pain. With swelling gone and a bit of practice, you’ll find it easily. Hang in there.

That would have been extremely, EXTREMELY helpful for me.
Venous Leakage (which I believe caused by my overuse of the Bathmate VED)

Hello Tokyo! Greetings from Thailand!
I was given the keychain ball during my Perito consultation. Though i ultimately chose Dr. C. I took the pump, placed it in a zip log baggie covered in olive oil. When peeing, i shook the bag to randomly let the pump settle. I put the whole thing between my legs and played with the pump. Positioning it upright. Finding the release bars, squeezing hard to pinpoint an approximation of what to expect when i “went live”.
I think this bit of contrived simulation helped at actual gamer-time (cycling day).
