How long do most people use their VED

Been reading thru these post and started wandering, How long do most men use their VED.

I have sometimes gone as long as 45 minutes during my morning session, I do stop during this time to bend and rotate my shaft, and give it a rest. No problems so far.
65 yrs old. Pre op length 6.5 to 7 inches, girth 6 inches at base and 5.5 mid shaft. Post op length 7 1/4 inches, Girth 6 1/4 at base and 6 inches mid shaft. . Married 38 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky

Don’t you have the HA filler? If so, I wouldn’t do VED as I’ve heard it greatly reduces the lifespan of the filler. I take cialis for increased perforation of blood into my tissues just my two cents.

I don't recall Dr. Hakky saying anything about that the last time I saw him. I still have the same girth after the Urofil , maybe I should check with him about that.

When I was released to cycle, I would do an hour each day using VED, but broken up in 5 minute intervals. 5 minutes at 7 inches of vacuum, 5 minutes off, 5 minutes on, 5 off, etc. So technically I'd be in the VED for 30 minutes a day. I did that for about 2 months and didn't notice much improvement I could attribute to the VED. Now I do it maybe once or twice a week just to feel the stretch.

If I did more than 7, which I could do comfortably, I'd end up with the dreaded "donut" just below my glans and nobody likes that.
