Cowpers Glans / Pre-Ejaculate Fluid ?

A question for other fellas having had Prostate surgery.

I’ve read that during robotic surgery the Cowpers Glan is not removed. However, having been seven months out of surgery myself I am still not experiencing any pre-ejaculate fluid ( pre-cum ) as I did before surgery.

Any of your fellas experiencing the same thing?

In my case I'd say it's reduced but not gone altogether. My surgery (RP 12 years ago) resulted in profound ED and reduced sensitivity so there was obviously nerve damage. I'm thinking there may be some relation there. However, I'm happy to be able to report that my 35 hits of radiation completed this past Sunday don't seem to have made anything, ED related, worse. Injections still work.

In most cases the Cowpers gland is preserved and can recover some function. In my case, with significant stimulation, and after ~ 15 months, the gland does release fluid in small amounts. The guys I know have similar experiences. My WAG is that you'll have a faster, better response with frequent use / stimulation.

In my case, I had no pre-cum before I had a radical Prostatectomy for cancer. At least none I ever saw. Post surgery I have had quite a bit. The longer I'm stimulated the more I have. In Dec had implant. I seem to be having more now. But not to stage of using implant yet, so not sure.

Since I posted my original question, I have had an amazing milestone in my own penile rehabilitation. Although I am still not having natural erections, my Trimix injections have been very successful in giving me a full and firm erection allowing me to regain my ability to enjoy my own sexual arousal with wonderful orgasm and climax. And now……I’m “getting wet” again.

My bulbourethral gland ( which was not removed during surgery ) which is responsible for producing the pre-ejaculate fluid called Cowper's fluid, also known as pre-cum, is now being secreted again from the moment I get hard.

I was hoping this would eventually come back as part of my own sexual ability, and thought it would slowly return. But it has returned, and not with a whimper but with a full on non-stop ozzing out of the head of my cock. Lots of wetness and that pleasant sensation up through my shaft again.

Hope you other fellas are successful too. Just thought you all would like to know.
