Implant or not?

Postby SwedishDave » Fri Nov 24, 2023 2:27 pm

Im in the situation where i have normal fibrosis in my dick which is making it more and more fibrosed every years, little by little. I think ive lost around 2-3% of volume every year for 4 years straight and its not getting better. Avoiding a lot of sexual encounters because of this.

Im a guy who wants to fuck 5 girls a week and dont want a relationship, but i cannot do this. I have 2 options:

1. Either get an implant and do what i want.

2. Get a girlfriend that is low maintenance on the sexual front, learn other ways to pleasure her and "save" my dick as much as possible and hope that in 5-7 years there might be a treatment for fibrosis. Maybe have kids in the meantime and focus on other things...?

I already lost much of my 20s for another reason and i had this issue for 10 years already, slowly progressing.

My erections work fine, its my tunica that sucks!! Cant take head/handjobs or have wild sex but i can have basic sex and i do get hard.

What would you do in my situation? I do have some money saved up and this is not a big factor. Im sold on Clavell IF i would do an implant, planning to speak to him about it but i want as many opinions from implantees as possible.
30 YO,

Hourglass peyronies from stretching. Losing girth.
Several small circumferential fibrosises. Sex and masturbation makes it worse.

From what I understood, you do not have PD, ED, or any sort of erection issues. If this the case, and you feel that your girth isn't good enough, I believe you are a good candidate for a filler rather than an implant. Your length of 6.3 is good enough. Did you see a urologist? You will need to discuss it with a uro, and if he advises on an implant, you can then reach out to whoever implant surgeon you are comfortable with.

I agree with finallybionic, for now the filler you need, there is always time for the implant, you don't even need pills, it will be the right move

I think the missing piece of info here is why you can’t have oral or handjobs but you can have sex. Is it just the appearance that bothers you or the actual stability?

If it’s a cosmetic issue only, I would absolutely look into fillers or even extra tunical grafting first.

If it’s an actual instability/hinge problem, I would suggest implant. Based on you saying the fibrosis is getting worse and mentioning hourglass, I will assume you have some loss of stability.

I’m young at 37, but you’re even younger than me. That being said, I think you just need to ask yourself if you are satisfied with your sex life. Not if it’s perfect, but is it good enough to be ok with it.

In my case, I had severe hourglass and hinge, which was bad enough to make my dick not stable. So it looked bad AND it didn’t function. If I did have sex I had to only do certain positions, and even then it was very risky. After a year of dealing with it I could tell it was only getting worse. That being said, I’m having implant surgery next week. This was a last resort for me, but you just need to really evaluate your exact situation and decide what makes sense for you.
Fit/active/37/ Lifetime congenital left curve, which later progressed to Peyronies (2022) and severe hourglass/narrowing. Implanted by Dr Hakky 11/28/23 with Titan Touch 26 cm XXL. Reservoir 130 cc saline. Pre surgery measurement: 8.25 Length 5ish Girth.
