Tri-Mix Erection – Not the same as my natural erection?

After trying three different RX strengths (my doctor increased the strength twice after my first initial RX that didn’t get me hard), and working my way up with various doses, I have achieved success with a full and firm erection. I’ve been injecting now for three months.

However, although the RX gives me a full and hard erection…..it is still not the same as my natural erection was before my surgery. It is shorter than before, which I will accept since surgery has shortened my penis by an inch or more while flaccid so it makes sense it will be shorter when erect. But it is not the same shape or having the same angle. My “before surgery erection” used to have a “U” curve (curving upward) and at a 45 degree angle upward. My Tri-Mix erection is straight with no curve and points straight out level with the horizon. The only difference on the positive side with the Tri-Mix injection is now my shaft is much thicker, my glans is much fuller, and my corona is considerably more engorged.

My question to the other fellas injecting ………………. Do you see a difference in the size, shape, and angle? Does your injection give you the same as before, or is it different? If your Tri-Mix erection is different ……….. how so?

Ok, first I never measured my dick before RP surgery. Second, I use alprostadil mono-mix as opposed to tri-mix.

My flaccid is certainly smaller. However when consistently using my VED for therapy I think my erect length is close to my pre-surgery length. I believe I may be thicker now. I think I can use a large enough of a dose to achieve pretty much the same angle if I choose to. However I generally use less than the maximum dose to avoid an overly long lasting erection. But I also find sensitivity improves with a less than maximum dose. The result is that my erection angle is more horizonal that what is was prior to surgery. I do supplement with a novelty/sex shop cock ring that does aid both engorgement and angle which allows the use of that smaller dose.

So yes my injection erection is a little different, but not much.

When I started using Trimix in 2022, I noticed a fuller and harder erection.
Note: my ED is lifelong and not due to RP surgery.

I started to have to apply lube to reduce friction.
At the time I noticed my erection stuck out more. Which likely was because I had a fuller erection not as druppy.

When I tried Edex, my erection was fatter than natural and ached; I didn't like it at all. When I eventually started bimix it was very similar to natural (if not exactly). Had my slight upward curve and laid across my stomach when I laid down. Standing up it was higher than 90 degrees which looked great. Very happy with bimix.

I personally didn't notice a difference in my erection compared to when I was younger or when I was using viagara or some of the other pills BUT my friend told me that it was longer and thicker. I have noticed a little more difficulty in achieving an orgasm and because of that she has to work a little harder to finish me but overall it's good.

Well as for me I fine that my erection is harder and definitely wider in diameter then my natural one which I love Plus I have an amazing chubby for at least a good 3/4 of an hour after it's subsides trimix is awesome!

I just did my 5th shot today and my first successful left side injection. My erections are bigger, girthier and harder than with viagra. Also takes me a lot longer to reach orgasm. Super happy with it so far. No issues with losing erection mid flight. Wife is cumming like a race horse ( yes, I know that is a nonsensical mixed metaphor!). Only issue I’ve had is a weird headache at orgasm which only last a moment.

congrats on the successful try. i hope not to scare anyone but the long reach for orgasm is a side effect i have come to find. i am up to almost 200 injections and have not been able to orgasm through penetration using trimix. if i do have one it is with my hand but we have come to deal with it and yes, my wife is coming like never before. i have had the strange headache every now and then when i get to those attempts and i get close to orgasm but once i do that headache goes away. hope you have many more successful injections.

Trimix erection: no change. Starting to get anorgasmia though, due to old age, not Trimix as far as I know.

Interesting subject.
I’m 68, post RP 18 months ago. Before surgery, I was about 6 inches erect. Now, with bimix, I’m about 4 inches erect. ( I have not measured. Just a guess.) Also, I don’t point straight out as I used to, but at least I’m hard enough to function. Additionally, I have gained some girth.
This is my new normal, and I’m grateful that the injections work.
