Horse chestnut extract to fix Venous Leak?

Postby curious_ed » Sun Jan 21, 2024 4:39 pm

Hiya people..

-Came across this; has anyone heard of Horse chestnut extract to fix Venous Leak? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tX1FPKhOL5g

- In my case, diagnosed with VL - Viagra 20 mg stopped working for me but 50 mg is working thus far. Should I explore VED as well or just continue on the Viagra path for now?

Thought to check with the experts.

I've never heard of Horse chestnut extract, so can't speak of that.

Have you tried a cock ring that DrRachael Ross mentioned? I've used one for 20 years with good success. I first used cock ring by itself, then I continued to use cock ring Viagra, and now with Trimix.

You mentioned using Viagra, 20 mg is a low dose whereas the recommended starting dose is 50 mg. Have you tried 100mg?

As far as VED, you can try it. I bought a VED 12 years ago for my ED. Although it made my penis full, it never made me hard enough for penetration. But lots of guys have good success with VED and proper cock ring constrictor.
Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

I'd give a VED combined with viagra a try if you need to.
I started with 50mg which wasn't good enough and ended up with 100mg which gives me a decent semi which is not quite good enough for PIV sex - but using the VED in addition to get really hard works perfectly. I've been on this regime successfully for about 4 years now.
Hope you contimue to be successful.

Thanks much, sogwap and dblack.
- We'll wait to hear more feedback on the chestnut extract? This is also the first time I heard.

- I'm in mid 40s. Been on 20 mg viagra for past several years and then it stopped working. Went to a local urologist who dismissed any ED/VL issues, prescribed 100mg just in case. 100 mg was working fine, until I thought I may not need the entire dosage, cut in half and 50mg seems completely OK.
Hence wasn't sure if should get VED in the mix or not worth? Also haven't tried a cock ring but will explore.

After no help from local urologist, went to Dr Clavell who initially said everything looked fine - on my insistence went for the Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed, Venous leak, EDV of 11 cm/s
