Needing a new pair of underwear.

Seems my balls are huge from the Titan surgery.

My penis always points out straight.

Any ideas what underwear can help keep it up my balls and keep my penis up near belly button?

For around the house, I just cut a round hole in the front of some old tighty-whities for my mostly inflated dick to stick out. That works great for the house as I live alone.

But I was having a problem with the tip getting irritated when I pointed it straight up to wear under leisure pants for work, etc. So, I just got a pack of "high-waisted" briefs from Amazon in a size larger than I usually wear. I think there will be more room overhead and I won't be scraping the waistband so muh. I think I literally put "high-waisted" in the search since I discovered my regulars are obviously lower-riding.

I found boxer briefs worked for me. I never kept my penis pointing up. After getting deflated I pointed it down my left leg just like it always used to hang.
