Penile dent

had weaker erection and lost my strong spontiouse erection with arousel.
I did many doppler with normal result . But it didn't convinced me .
So
I did cavernsography and result was normal too.
But after a while I did doppler again with normal result but I found that .
I had scar due to large needle of cavernosography. I was so a scare. I norepinephrine I list my penile hardness and after 6 months I develop some penile bent in flaccid state.
I did many doppler then it normal result but bent and weak erection remain.
I don't know what can I do ?
