I bought a cheap one from eBay a few years ago. I've only used it twice, both times within 15 minutes it made my shaft achy and itchy from being so confined. It's like a thick condom with a penile shape. Believe you need an erection to keep it on.

I personally use phallosan, but I have to use a little Trick to make it work satusfactory for me. The phallosan Codes with a little silikon condom cap for your glans. I cut the Tipp if the cap of to turn to whole Thing into a sleeve and then put the sleeve on the base of my dick and then attach the phallosan. After that i roll the sleeve over the regular phallosan aleeve so that that silikon sleeve is halt over the actual phallosan sleeve and my skin. That way it seals the Vakuum nicely. O can sleep the qhole nightvthat way.
