Never had an issue going through airport security until today. Flying out of reagan i got pulled aside, they showed me the scan. My reservoir was lit up and my tubes in my wang were on full display. I told them i had an implant and they proceeded to rub all over my dick and balls to make sure i wasnt smuggling anything. I wish it had been a young pretty think instead of the 60 year old dude. I had gone through 5 times with no issues, the 6th time got me.

I have seen this question posted a few times and after looking at the scan… airport security will definitely see you have something in your reservoir area.

Ive gotten flagged a few times at airport security because of the implant. Usually happens when I don't go through TSA Pre check. With Pre check the scans are much more lax.

I have global entry with TSA Pre check and last year when we flew to Panama City Beach, Florida I was flagged to go through the full body scanner and patted down at San Antonio departing airport. They showed me the scan picture and the reservoir lights up, I couldn't tell if it picked up the IPP tubes, but definitely could see the reservoir.
When we returned to San Antonio, Tx from Panama City Beach, I told them to do the full body scan, but I didn't say I had an implant. The scanner picked it up again and they ran a wand across my groin area instead of patting me down.
I do have two total knee replacements and I've told them about those in the past but I didn't see them lit up on the scanner.
So from my experience, TSA pre check scanners are just as strong as folks going through the regular security line.
I'm thinking I'll pull out my IPP card this time and see what happens.
We are traveling to Philly this coming weekend and then on to the UK or Germany on a military cargo aircraft HOP from Dover Air Force Base, probably a C-5 or a C-17. So, I'll see how it goes and report back.

I just went through Philly, Doha, Qatar, and Angeles City, Philippines, and back.
I have TSA Precheck, but I still had to go through the scanners on the return trip, as the Philippines and Qater Airlines didn't note Precheck on my boarding passes.

I never mentioned anything about my implant, or my artificial ankle, and neither did they.
I've also walked straight through the metal detector at our local courthouse, not even thinking about the ankle.
It didn't pick up anything either.

Last 6 months or so I’ve gone AUS-BNA-AUS, AUS-MIA-AUS, AUS-FLL-GCM-FLL-AUS, AUS-LAS-AUS, & AUS-MSY-AUS.

Every trip and every airport has used the naked scanner.

I’ve triggered every one every time except LAS & BNA.

I’ve confessed to having mesh from hernia repair but the TSA agents have told me that it’s not in my inguinal area, that whatever is triggering the machine is lower. I’m guessing they mean genitalia.

I’ve seen the yellow box on their screen and yes, it’s right where my dick is. Doesn’t matter if I’m hanging right or left. It might also not help matters that I gave up underwear 39 years ago with a bad case of Ft Benning crotch rot and I’ve never looked back.

Yes, my LGX shrinks a bit when not inflated but flaccid it’s in the 5.5”-6” range. The pat down has consisted of the back of the hand by a male agent and when he figures out (it doesn’t take long) that it is my penis snaked down my right (or left) trouser leg they clear me.

I suspect they have certain parameters set and if you fall outside those parameters you get a pat down. It would be interesting if not implanted guys with really large flaccid dicks set off the scanner.

Yes. I do not have an implant but my flaccid is 6.5” and I set it off every time. The agent confirmed the box appears over my package because my size is outside the normal range.
