Clavell said weight lifting was fine, if i remember right… after 8 weeks, he said start light and listen to your body, if an exercise hurts wait etc… i was fine to lift after 6 weeks, no pain or issues. I dont lift heavy things all day but at 5 months you should be fine

Dr Clavell told me that he had professional body builders as patients.

I also deadlift and squat heavy and was told that I still could after 6 weeks.

Start light and listen to my body.

After 5 weeks started working out again. Slightly lighter then before. Will be back on the same weights in a couple of weeks I think.
