I read that Udenafil was not yet approved by the FDA, but it is used in other countries. Two members from outside of the United States said that it worked well for them, better than other drugs…one member was Flavio, can’t recall the other…
I am at the end of the line with drugs and injections, but want to try every possibility. Does any member know of any site that would deliver the drug to the United States?
Udenafil (Zudena) in USA? Anyone try this drug?

Thanks for the lead. I checked it out, does look like they have it, still not sure about shipment. It looks like the form requires a prescription to be uploaded. In New York State, all prescriptions are now electronic so I would have to figure out how to do this.
I wonder if any other members have had success with this drug compared to other PDE-5 inhibitors…? If this is just more of the same and simply faster acting, I assume it would not achieve any different results. Perhaps I am just grasping at straws?

I think they have a prescription upload button on their site just to cover their butts. You don't actually have to use it, you can leave it blank and they'll still ship your order

Thank you for the information, Wolfpacker. So, yes, you don’t need a prescription it seems.
However, now I am having second thoughts about ordering this medication since I read about it a little more. There was only one member (Flavio) who reported good results using it, and that was a while ago. He also was able to get results with the other erectile, drug pills, but he had side effects from them. My problem is not any side effects, in fact, I wish I still had headaches and congestion from Viagra, because that was a sign it was working! The pills simply stopped working for me, so this drug probably would not be any different. I guess I was just grasping at straws….

I ordered from the pharmacy suggested by Wolfpacker. While I think this new drug will not work if I’m not responding to Viagra and the others, I thought I would give it a shot. I am very much on the fence about an plant and want to try all avenues. The injections don’t really work for me.
Once I receive the drug and try it out, I will give an update…

Hello! Zidena is about the same strength as Viagra, but a little better for me. When you start using it, the effect is really very good. What's good about zidena is that it has far fewer side effects than Viagra, and also lasts longer, about 8 hours. but you need to understand that over time, as with other tablets, the effect will decrease. I would rank Udenafil higher in potency than tadalafil, maybe a little better than Viagra, maybe just as strong but with fewer side effects than Viagra but more than tadalafil.
Re: Udenafil (Zudena) Save your money
Well, I received Zudena from India, overpaid for the pills and for shipping. I tried one and it dropped my blood pressure precipitously and made my heart race, but had no better impact on my erection than all of the other pills which no longer work. My advice to anyone considering this drug, if you can get it, is to save your money—if the other pills are not working for you, then this won’t work either. If the other pills work for you, but the side effects bother you and you want to try something different, then maybe… but, since it’s not approved in the USA, I don’t think it’s worth going out of your way to get this. Now I’m stuck with a whole bunch of pills I don’t intend to use.
I’m coming to terms with needing an implant…

Yes I'm still using udenafil (2 pills as needed, 1 hour before sex) with good results.
The effect lasts for 24 hours and yes, side effects are mild: only a slight headache, it goes away with some coffee.
I had ocular pain with Cialis, which always freaked me out a bit; no such problem with udenafil.
Everyone is different though, udenafil isn't for everyone.
TIP: If you want to combine udenafil and phentolamine, don't try both drugs simultaneously; to avoid a sudden drop in blood pressure, wait 30 minutes before taking phentolamine.
