Refrigerated trimix
What is the shelf life of refrigerated trimix? Not talking about frozen but I have a vial that's been in the frigerator for almost 3 months. The last 2 injections have not worked but they were probably misses. I'm new to this & so far I'm 2 for 5 with injections. Would love to get in the 90% range.
Re: Refrigerated trifix
I've used Trimix which is a year old.
Worked as well as new mix.
Got a new vial shortly thereafter. and saw no difference in how it worked.

Age: 68. Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Used Viagra for 10+ years with mixed success.
In May 2022 started using Trimix with very good results.
Feb 2023 developed PD
2023 still in treatment for PD, and still using Trimix with very good results

It may depend on which of the ingredients your results are most dependent on. Two of the ingredients are pretty stable refrigerated. The third ingredient, the alprostadil, also known as PGE-1 or prostaglandin E1 is much less stable at room temperature or under refrigeration at less than freezing temperatures. It is pretty stable when frozen. If your results are not dependent on the PGE-1 then you won't notice it's degredation much. If your results are largely dependent on the PGE-1 then you will notice it's drop in potency.

What I have noticed over the years that I've been using Trimix is the response could be going along fine months down the road until...it doesn't. Meaning I've noticed when the potency drops off it drops off quick....from 1 week to the next there could be a noticeable difference. Many times I wonder how long the individual ingredients in Trimix are laying around the compound pharmacy. Just a thought...I'm not suggesting pharmacies are using expired ingredients...I just wonder how long the pharmacy has the ingredients before they mix it to Trimix.

same here.
i used trimix at the lowest dosage and it was great the first year but then i slowly had to increase it until i was using a whole needles worth.
my local pharmacy went from mixing it on demand to ordering it in in a frozen state which i thought was the cause but now i think my body just got used to it and like a drug addict craved more
my urologist then put me on super trimix lol
but then it turned out the same way using a whole needles worth and just getting a ten pound chubby and never a real hard on so i went the bionic route (wish i had of gone that route years ago)
