I’m on my second Titan classic, first one from 2006 until a month ago, though I should have changed it last year. Both surgeries were performed by Dr. Eid and the cylinders are 22cm. The second one was less painful though there was an increase in the swelling of the scrotum, compared to the first, that is slowly decreasing. He suggested I wait three more weeks, total of six since surgery, before I start to practice with it.
