how many times a week do you need it and what do you have titan or ams?
and how many years you have had the implant is a better information about durability.

5 1/2 years. I use it 5 to 6 times a week and it seems to hold up fine.
AMS, CX as in profile.
86 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

3-4 times a week. Twice for sex and 1 or 2 times a week for masturbation. Titan ,25 months and loving it! No issues at all. Love being a shower now. Took a little while to get used to it but after the first year it’s smooth sailing!!.
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

I'm so happy to hear your feedback, can't wait to get implant myself too...
Born1984 fit guy from Europe, back surgery and pain medicine caused a bad vl, using shots. All sex with injections at the moment. Considering to go ipp ams 700 surgery in the future...(public health care. I don't know the ams700 model or the surgeon)

AMS700. Pump several times a day, masturbate probably five times a week, and full on sex whenever she needs it, usually at least once or twice a week. Love that I can be ready when she needs.
