Day 2 of recovery

The doctor installed AMS CX 18 cm and 1.0 cm extension. I am doing well, no pain just a little discomfort where the reservoir is installed. The drain that was placed comes out this morning.

Is there much swelling? How is walking?

I really have no pain. I am walking around fine just small walks. Balls are swollen and black. Wife removed the drain and cleaned me up.

I'm going to be afraid to look down after the surgery. I suppose I'll have to at some point though.

Hopefully the bruising and swelling will be short-lived. I tried arnica gel after Xiaflex treatments, but don't know if that helped the bruising, or if they would have disappeared in the same time without it.

Welcome to the Club! Don't rush anything. Cycle, cycle and more cycle and before you know it you're gonna be one happy camper.

Yeah, expect to see something that looks like road-kill on an Arkansas freeway for the first week or two.

Balls are so big, it makes it a little hard to walk. Doctor doesn't have me cycling yet. I guess that will start next week after my first post-op appointment. I can't even tell where the pump is yet due to the swollening of the balls.

Take it easy! Balls are gonna be swollen for a while. I’m at four weeks and there is still some swelling. Don’t expect much improvement for the next week, but then it will start to get better! Weeks 2 and 3 for me had great improvement.
