I have missed three injections in a row.
I have a 5+ flaccid girth and used 8 mm 5/16 needle

Should i go to 1/2 inch???

Here's what I do with 99.99% favorable results. I use an auto inject device with a syringe with 1/2" length needles. The device allows you to adjust the depth of penetration of the needle (along with with making a piece of cake to inject with my non-dominant hand on the other side). I personally like the 5/16". However if they aren't working out for you then definitely try the 1/2" needles. Use what works! You may have to experiment a bit so don't hesitate to try 1/2" and any other options. Everybody is different!

I use a 29 gauge 1/2" needle works every time

I have a 6 inch girth and need a 1/2 inch needle. Alternate between using an Autoject and not. I’d move up to a 1/2 inch needle and see if that helps you.
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.

A buddy of mine was having the EXACT same results as you....until he switched to 1/2" needles
