premature ejaculation after surgery

One out of Three men in America suffer with PE. It's the largest sexual dysfunction there is. Since there is no discussion board dedicated to PE so far, we will try to fill the need here!

premature ejaculation after surgery

Postby Lilo94venösleak » Wed Jul 03, 2024 3:00 pm

I have a question that is medical. I had an operation 8 years ago using the penoscrotal approach. Since then I have suffered from premature ejaculation. Before that I never had any problems. When I penetrate a vagina it feels like it is tickling and then I orgasm straight away. Does Hemd know anything about anatomy?

Hi there, I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been experiencing. It’s possible that the surgery you had might have affected some of the nerves in that area, leading to increased sensitivity or changes in sensation.

I recommend discussing this with a urologist who specializes in sexual health. They might suggest treatments or therapies that can help, such as pelvic floor exercises, topical anesthetics, or even certain medications. In some cases, counseling or therapy might also be beneficial, especially if the issue is contributing to anxiety during sex.

Stay strong, and don’t hesitate to reach out for professional advice! ;)
I buy Viagra, Cialis, Priligy and other meds only at a trusted pharmacy, always excellent quality and fast delivery. I recommend a trusted pharmacy.
